GmbH gehört. Seit 1996 ist Ludden bei Ludden & Mennekes zu deren Gründern sein Vater zählt - tätig, seit
2005 in der Geschäftsführung. Die Ludden & Mennekes-Gruppe beschäftigt 380 Mitarbeiter und erwirtschaftet mit
der Herstellung von Maschinen und Anlagen im Abfallbehandlungs- und Recyclingbereich einen Umsatz von 50 Mio.
Euro (2008). Der verheiratete Vater von 2 Kindern hat 1996 seinen Diplomabschluss Chemie an der Westfälischen
